How to Save the Planet from Plastic Waste:
In this episode, we talked about how to cut down on packaging waste and protect our planet. We learned that plastic waste is a huge problem that affects our environment and health and that only a small fraction of it gets recycled. We shared four easy ways to tackle this problem: avoiding unnecessary packaging, using innovative alternatives, refilling containers, and shopping mindfully. Some examples of these solutions are supermarkets and grocery stores that are ditching plastic bags and wraps, companies like Carlsberg and ICA Gruppen that are designing more innovative packaging, and services like Loop that offer reusable containers.
We also encouraged you to be more conscious when you shop, choose products with less or recyclable packaging, and use reusable items whenever possible. Other ways to reduce waste are donating, selling, and composting things you don't need or use.
We hope you enjoyed this episode and learned something new.

This episode is from Dr. Gilbert's Health Matters podcast. This time, he talks about a new study published in the Geroscience Journal that revealed some secrets of people who lived past 100 and are active. The study showed that maintaining good kidney function, normal blood sugar levels and uric acid levels within normal limits may increase the chances of actively living over 100 years.
Wow, That is worth listening to.

Finding our purpose (Ikigai), listeners' feedback, and the Benefits of eating pumpkins
How would the world change if everyone lived past 100 years?
In this episode, we address some of the feedback from our listeners regarding the Blue Zones and the topic of longevity and well-being. And we also discussed all the health benefits of eating pumpkins.
We share feedback from our listeners interested in the Blue Zones, the regions where people live the longest and healthiest. We also discuss what we can learn from their lifestyles and how we can apply them to our own.
Living beyond 100 years of age is a realistic goal for some individuals. They are not only alive but also healthy and active. They have a strong bond with nature, society, and mission. They conserve resources, protect the environment, and appreciate life. That is what we aspire to learn from them. Because if we want to extend our lifespan, we have to preserve the Earth as well. It is our habitat, after all. Therefore, let us be motivated by the Blue Zones and implement positive life changes. Longevity is not only feasible, it is remarkable.
Do you agree with us?  Let's do this! Get on board our train.

This episode is about Finding your Ikigai! That means “a reason for being, or a sense of purpose" in Japanese and other parts of the Blue Zone regions. So we talked about Ketty's excellent proposition for turning Haiti into a Blue Zone. We shared the pros and cons of this idea.
There are a lot of problems around the world. Unfortunately the mainstream media, in our opinion, do not focus on the good stuff, like what the helpers are doing, instead of making the haters behave worse by giving them attention.

So, that is why I encourage in this episode every one to follow Buettner Power's nine simple tips, like living with a purpose and knowing why we wake up in the morning, loving our families, finding our place in our communities,  and hanging out with those who mean well. If our kids grow up with these values, the world may become a nicer place.

How do you spot eco-friendly products from greenwashing scams?
Some products might look eco-friendly, but they are greenwashing. Greenwashing is when a product or service lies or exaggerates how good it is for the environment. For example, a product might say it is "green" or "biodegradable" without proof or certification. To tell if a product is eco-friendly, you should look for solid evidence, such as labels, ratings, or certificates from independent sources verifying the environmental claims. You should also research the companies that make the products and see if they are honest and consistent with their green image. By doing this, you can support businesses that care about the environment, not just their profits.
